That’s why we pride ourselves on having a large selection of RVs, motorhomes, campers, fifth wheels, and trailers at the most competitive prices in the area. These homes on wheels are the doorway to family fun and new adventures for many years – and miles – to come. Caleb and all those who helped us, Thanks You.New and Used RVs for Sale in Acworth, White, and Jasper Georgiaīuying an RV is a big investment and one that you want to last a long time. They spend as much time with us as we needed. It was delivered to them in late December. As you are aware, the industry is booming and delivery went out almost 9 months. Knowing now what we were looking for, we worked with Open Road to design our new Rockwood Ultra Lite to meet our needs. Being a recent newbie to the RV world, we decided to purchase a new travel trailer after our first long trip out west. "Generally I am not one who writes reviews, but in this case I feel strongly that Open Roads deserves this one. If you want a RV shop where they keep your RV for months longer then they promise, they do NOT return phone calls and have NO communications, they do NOT take responsibilities for damage they do to your possessions, then Open Roads is definitely your place. This is after months and months of me sending emails to them trying to get the money for our items that were loss. We were just notified today that Open Roads is NOT responsible for the fire therefore, we will have to file a claim against our own personal insurance. No apologies, no reimbursements, no discounts on the work done, NOTHING.Īlso, while they still had our RV (around June 8th) they had a shop fire, destroying several RV's and all of the stuff they had removed from our RV (about $,) worth of items. The lack of communication was one of my biggest complaints and the fact that they had our RV from the first of March until the middle of June. During all of this time, NO ONE ever called us or returned calls to keep us posted on what was going on and estimated time of when the RV would be ready. Again, we had told them we HAD to have it by May. We FINALLY were able to pick-up our RV the middle of June. Overall, Brain did a really good job with these items. Install extra seat belt receptacle (for the dog), add stair well cover, add collapsible counter top, change top 2 shelves of pantry into pull out drawers and install cell booster. Remove 1 dinette seat and replace it with a wooden cabinet (I provided the cabinet), it was never bolted down.Ħ. Brian did a good job, although, the drawer covers were never ordered and it wasn't until we took the RV in again in October that we FINALLY got the covers for the drawers. Removed stove and added 2 additional drawers. 3 burner range replaced by a 2 burner range, additional counter and cappuccino machine installed. He built a shelf for the new unit and added some additional storage next to it.ģ. Built-in microwave replaced by multi-unit appliance. Apparently, it was hooked up incorrectly. We finally ended up having to have a repair person come out and fix it. We ended up taking the RV back in 3x in reference to this issue. Even after sending the list of renovations we wanted done.ġ. We were told multiple times that this would not be a problem. We took our RV to open roads the beginning of March and told them that we needed to have the RV back by May. We purchased our RV in February (used) and wanted to have, what I thought were semi minor renovations. Giving 2 stars I feel is pretty generous. "I usually don't write reviews and if I do, it is usually not based on a one time deal (I understand everyone has "off" days). They were very welcoming and changed the tire within minutes of us pulling in. We limped in with our dually and 5th wheel. "We were traveling on I- and just past this dealer when our tire sensor went off. we were able to reach an agreement and both Daniel and Chip and your service person Jared done a great job accommodating us with whatever our needs were. The manager Chip got involved as we negotiated the price and some options that I wanted added to the camper. when we decided on the camper that we wanted which was a Jayco White Hawk, he work with us very professionally as we tried to reach an agreement on the price. "Greeted by Daniel Mosley that helped us walk through several campers and answered all questions that we had. He made me feel like I was now part of the Open Roads family. Most of all, he was the best sales person I have dealt with when purchasing a high dollar item. He continues answering all my questions and making sure I get what was promised to me, I enjoyed getting to know him. I have asked a lot of questions since the purchase. He walked me through the whole process with ease from showing me the unit, the test driving and then the purchase. "I just had the most awesome experience buying a Class A RV at Open Roads.
